It was my birthday 01/01 and the front office clerk was kind enough to give me her bejeweled pen! Purple at that! Such a nice gesture! Can’t remember her name but she worked the graveyard shift, we checked in really late/early 01/01. I still have the pen and receive wonderful compliments when I whip it out! Great bday present from your kind front desk clerk!

Amanda, in particular, was extremely helpful to us as we were planning to visit the Sequoia NP, and she updated us on what was closed/open and the must-see areas. We probably would have wasted half our day otherwise.

We liked everything. First and foremost the person that checked us in, her name is Kim, was wonderful, so efficient, friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond for us. The room was lovely and clean and spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast was nice and the whole facility seems nicely maintained
